Timetables not available yet! Please Read

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

We are aware that some students may have seen timetable information appear in Edsby. Please note that student timetables are not yet available, and any schedules that appeared in Edsby were posted in error. Please disregard this information.

Student timetables will be available next week. At that time, we will also provide information about the process for requesting timetable changes. 

Please be aware that timetable changes follow a specific process. To ensure that requests can be handled fairly and efficiently, we ask that you wait until the timetable information and change-request process are shared next week before contacting the school about a timetable change. 

Emails, texts, Edsby messages, and phone calls regarding timetable changes received before the process is available will not be responded to. This will allow our staff to focus on preparing accurate timetables and supporting students through the established process. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize schedules for the upcoming school year. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Medicine Hat High School!
