CUPE Pajama Campaign | Bring a Child a Smile

CUPE Local 829 (Educational Assistants, Clerical and Custodians) collects new pajamas in all sizes to donate to the Phoenix Safe House so that they can help vulnerable families who need their services. These families often flee violent and abusive homes with little more than the clothes on their backs. The Bring a Child a Smile Campaign runs from December 1 - 19, anyone who is able, can drop off jammies at any school or MHPSD central office.

CUPE Local 829 believes that being able to put on a new pair of pajamas after experiencing devastating fear and uncertainty can help children feel comforted and valued.
