Kent Campbell

Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Science in Mathematics

Kent Campbell began coaching Track and Field at Medicine Hat High School in 2013. After four seasons of developing the sprint and relay program, Kent took on the role of head coach.  Since Kent was recruited to the team by Glen Mori and Scott Howes, he has enjoyed great pleasure helping students find success in various events. MHHS’s Track and Field team has developed into a top 3 team in the province, as well as just recently winning the 4A Provincial Championships in 2017 under Kent’s direction.  He believes that with the number of events in Track and Field, every student can find a role to see success. Kent’s love for the sport comes from the great athletes he gets to work with every day, they are motivated, disciplined, and committed. The biggest reward for Kent is seeing his athletes reach their goals! Prior to coaching Track and Field, Kent coached Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Cross-Country and Football.
